JSB008C Reciprocating Bale Plucker
The machine positioned at the beginning of the blowroom line, the automatic bale plucker, allows for suitable plucking of various grades of cotton and man-made fibers within the range of 76mm staple length. The intelligent carriage system can precisely pluck two types of raw material simultaneously. With air current, the plucked tufts are transported to the next machine for further treatment.
FA035E / FA035F Mixing Opener
This machine is designed for processing various grades of cotton or man-made fibers. It is improved for a constant high output and highly efficient.
FA100 Multi-functional Air Tower
The FA100 is generally installed between the Automatic Bale Plucker and the Mono-Axial Flow Opener. It efficiently balances the air flow between these two machines, removes metals and other impurities and ensures the overall stability of the entire blow-room system.
JSB103 Mono-axial Opener
The mono-axial Flow Opener is installed between the Bale Plucker and the Multi-Mixer as a pre-cleaner. It is suitable for processing cotton and synthetics or their blends. The raw material is evenly struck and pressed by 5.5 times along the spiral path of the cylinder which ensures gentle opening and prevents damage to the fibers. The grid bar gauge can be adjusted manually. The machine comes equipped with a micro-dust removing dust cage, which not only provides effective removal of fine dust and short fibers, but also stabilizes the feeding pressure to avoid blocking of the machine.
FA025(A) / JSB325(A) Multi-mixer
The FA025 is used in the mixing process of the blow room. It is suitable for mixing cotton, as well as synthetic fibers.
JSB 325(A) is used for cotton, as well as synthetic fibers (length up to 65mm).
JSB108 / JSB318 Fine Opener
This machine is used to further open and clean cotton and man-made fibers of various grades being below 76mm in staple length. It can clear aborted seed, stiff cotton and fine dust particles and provides a remarkable opening and cleaning effect.
SFA201 De-dusting machine
This machine is suitable for processing cotton of various grades and is usually placed as the last unit in the cleaning line. Micro dust can be removed efficiently if the fiber has been sufficiently opened. The Use of this machine in the cleaning process is especially important in mills with rotor spinning and air spinning machines. Its use can greatly reduce the number of yarn breaks due to dust fibers.
